On 9/18/24, Deputy Woodhouse was called to a report of a domestic dispute on Hwy 87 around 9:42 am.
While en route to the residence, the victims told dispatch that 39-year-old Tishelle Don Roholt was going “Nuts.”
Tishelle was reported to be throwing objects around the house. When going outside, she went "Nuts" and physically pushed the female victim. The victims then ran inside the home and locked the door behind them. Tishelle began to bang on the door, breaking the screen door.
When Deputy Woodhouse arrived, the victims showed him the room where Tishelle stays, which smelled strongly of marijuana.
Deputy Green stayed at the residence and gathered more information from the victims while Deputy Woodhouse searched for Tishelle, who fled the scene.
Tishelle was located off the highway, running into traffic, and when speaking to Tishelle, she seemed very unwell. She was rambling about the devil and other strange things one minute, and then the next seemed okay.
The deputy asked Tishelle about her drug use, and she stated that she had been using marijuana and alcohol. Deputy Woodhouse found in her belongings, which she had taken to the highway among the belongings was a marijuana grinder, pipe, and a tall boy beer, which appeared very fresh.
While looking in the guest room, Tishelle was staying in. The deputies found a marijuana container and a marijuana pipe.
Tishelle had a hard time following the deputies' directions and couldn't remain still; she continued to try to walk off, although she was commanded many times to remain still. When Deputy Woodhouse instructed Tishelle to go to his truck, she told him she was going to get her stuff. He told her again, let's go to my truck, she told him, "NO, I am walking.” The deputy then told Tishelle, "No, we are getting in the truck now,” and took Tishelle by the arm and put her in the vehicle.
When at the Jail, Tishelle began claiming she was overdosing on water, among many other things that didn't make sense. When taken to the hospital, Tishelle was very disorderly and would scream and yell, asking for multiple different kinds of drugs.
Tishelle told Deputy Woodhouse, "I am not going to Jail, I am going to get myself admitted. just watch."
On 9/19/24, at approximately 1:40 pm, Deputy Green was dispatched to a call for a trespass on Hwy 87 involving 39-year-old Tishelle Don Roholt.
The deputy knew Tishelle was trespassed from this property for domestic violence-related charges from the day before.
When Deputy Green arrived at the residence, the deputy saw Tishelle wearing a Duchesne County Jail-issued shirt, which she had kept upon release from custody, knowing she was meant to return it to the Jail.
The deputy asked her why she had it, and she answered, "That's how much I got away with because you guys are doing it wrong."
Tishelle began walking away from the deputy, saying she was going to get a drink and could go inside if the deputy would let her. Deputy Green responded to Tishelle stating she couldn't because she was trespassed from this property when she was arrested yesterday.
Tishelle was asked to step to the side of the deputy's patrol vehicle, where Deputy Green had her belongings, and searched her for weapons and anything illegal before placing her under arrest and seating her in the patrol vehicle for transport to the Duchesne County Jail.
When they arrived at the Duchesne County Jail, it was verified that Tishelle concealed the shirt when she was released from Jail. Tishelle will be charged with theft for concealing and obtaining jail-issued attire.
Tishelle will be charged with criminal trespass of a dwelling since, upon her arrest from the day prior, she was given notice that she has been trespassed from the property and residence.
