An intoxicated man shows a video of the assault to a police officer that gets him arrested

Deputy Russell arrived at a residence and spoke to the victim, who reported that she and 40-year-old Jace Adam Robinson had been in an argument, and then was assaulted.
When the victim told Jace to sleep on the couch, he became upset and started yelling. The victim then called Jace's mother to help de-escalate the situation. According to the victim, Jace subsequently grabbed her wrist, twisted it behind her neck, and attempted to shove her across the bed so he could lie down.
When questioned, Jace provided a vague description of the incident, stating there was an argument and that he was trying to go to bed until he could move his belongings out of the house.
Jace then showed the deputy two videos of the incident. The first video showed Jace initiating an argument with the victim in the living room. The second video depicted Jace entering the bedroom and starting another argument, accusing the victim of having sexual relations with her stepfather and stepbrother.
Towards the end of the second video, although the camera was turned away, audio was heard of the victim telling Jace to stop and that he was hurting her.
Based on the victim's statement and the video evidence, it was determined there was sufficient probable cause to arrest Jace.
Jace Adam Robinson may post bail in the amount of $2,000.00.
