A Female In Duchesne County Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

4/15/2024

| Duchesne County | April 11th, 2024 |

At about 3:30 pm, Duchesne County Deputies were dispatched to a call to keep the peace between a male and a female.

When arriving, a female was waiting and wanting to go to an address to pick up her belongings from a male who has a protective order in place against her.

Upon arrival, Deputy Smith met with the male in his backyard and told him the reason why they were there. Then the female, 51-year-old Heather Davis, began yelling at the male and demanded her belongings.

The deputies told her they would talk to the male. Heather continued yelling at the man until the deputies separated them.

Heather kept repeating the same behavior whenever the male would exit the residence with her belongings. She also demanded that he bring out all her belongings even though the male told her he was trying to leave for work.

The deputies warned Heather to stop talking to the male, or she would be forced to leave, or she would be arrested.

Heather continued to make a disturbance and was given multiple chances to stop her behavior. The deputies decided to arrest Heather for a protective order violation and disorderly conduct.
