42-year-old sex offender Michael Paul Nelder was found masturbating while Duchesne County Deputies were conducting their rounds inside the jail on four separate occasions.
Nelder would stare at the Deputy while masturbating, although being commanded to stop.
On May 10, 2025, Inmate Nelder was caught again sitting in his chair masturbating. Inmate Nelder responded to the female Deputy who opened the door, commanding him to stop, stating, "It feels so good.”
Inmate Nelder Proceeded to masturbate while staring at the Deputy, who was still in the doorway of the cell.
Inmate Nelder is a convicted sex offender convicted of over ten counts of sexual crimes and is being charged with lewdness X4 as a third-degree felony.
