Topless Woman Taken Into Custody After Yelling at the Neighbors

Naples, Utah (6/20/26)—Deputy Lyman responded to a report of a domestic incident involving a man who stated that his girlfriend had been running outside topless, shouting at their neighbors.

The deputy spoke with the male, who reported that 55-year-old Cleann Yates Rambo had been at a friend's house the night before and had been drinking. CleAnn reached out to him for a ride but he was unable to help at that time. Upon her return home, they started drinking together, and CleAnn became angry about the previous night since the victim couldn't pick her up.

An argument ensued, during which CleAnn threw her phone at the victim, hitting him in the chest. The victim then tried to retreat to the garage for separation, but CleAnn blocked his path by grabbing his shirt and standing in front of him.

Deputy Lyman approached the front door, which was locked. The victim allowed him entry to search for CleAnn, who was found hiding in a downstairs closet. When asked to come out, she refused and stepped back inside, reaching into her pockets.

Due to safety concerns and prior reports of her being physical, officers pulled her from the closet. After being removed, her pockets were searched for weapons. Upset about the search, CleAnn began removing her clothing to prove she had no weapons.

She was warned that undressing would lead to an arrest, but she continued, pulling down her pants, exposing herself, and attempting to remove her shirt. CleAnn was then taken into custody to prevent further undressing. While being detained, she was informed of her arrest. CleAnn resisted and attempted to pull away from the officers.

As officers covered her with a blanket, the smell of alcohol was noticeable. A portable breath test later showed a result of .098.

CleAnn remained covered with a blanket until a female deputy arrived to assist her. She was then taken to Uintah County Jail, where she was booked and received citations for several offenses:

- Interference with an arresting officer, a Class B misdemeanor

- Assault-DV, a Class B misdemeanor

- Lewdness, a Class B misdemeanor

- Public intoxication, a Class C misdemeanor

- Unlawful detention, a Class B misdemeanor
