A drunk male gets into an argument with a female about what country she is from

Vernal, Ut. (1/19/24) Sgt Hill received a report of a domestic violence incident that occurred at 545 East 500 North in a trailer park.

When Sgt Hill arrived on the scene and spoke with the victim, who told him that 37-year-old Brady Gale left the scene just before the police arrived. The victim informed the officers that Brady had been drinking and came over to her house after making remarks about how Mexicans should go back to Mexico.

The victim stated that they argued for a while due to her being Mexican and how he told her she was living here and that she should act like an American.

Brady then got more upset, grabbed their two-year-old daughter out of her mother's arms, and walked out the door. The victim chased after them, telling Brady that their daughter was scared and she didn't want to go with him.

Brady gave their daughter back, and the victim was walking away when Brady grabbed her by the hair and pulled her head backward. Brady left, went to his residence, and later left in his truck.

Their daughter was upset and had been crying. She told Sgt Hill that her father pulled her mom’s hair.

Brady sent the victim a text message saying, “Please call the cops while I was there.”

On 1/21/24, Sgt Hill located Brady and asked him about the incident, and he informed Sgt Hill that he and the victim did argue that night and said mean things to each other. He admitted to taking their two-year-old daughter and giving her back. Brady was asked if he had pulled the victim's hair or if it had gotten physical in any way, and he stated that he didn't think so.

Brady was arrested for domestic violence and placed in handcuffs, then transported to the Uintah County Jail.
