At 5 pm, a call came into dispatch from the Lake View Estates area to report a domestic violence situation. The woman stated that her husband, 55-year-old Domingo Ibanez Victoria, was drunk and pushed her.

Domingo and his wife were outside the residence when the deputy arrived.

Domingo stated that he and his wife had been arguing and claimed that nothing physical had occurred between the two. When the deputy asked if he had been drinking, Domingo said he had only consumed three or four beers all day.

Domingo's wife told the deputy he had been arrested several times in the past for domestic incidents in the Salt Lake City Area.

She stated that she came home from work to find her husband didn't go to work and was home drunk, and this caused an argument. Domingo left, and she locked the door. When he returned home, he began banging on the door until she opened it.

Domingo entered the residence and pushed and pushed his wife in the chest, causing her to fall onto the couch. When standing up, Domingo was in a fighting stance, his fist closed and ready to fight. She felt threatened and called 911.

She also told Deputy Clyde she saw Domingo drinking hard liquor before the incident took place.

Domingo was placed under arrest for assault with domestic violence and public intoxication and was transported and booked into the Duchesne County Jail.

Domingo Ibanez Victoria may post bail in the amount of $250.00.
