Man rips through a house like the Tasmanian devil, destroying everything in his path

Vernal City Police arrived at a house where they met with a male, and while speaking with him, his breath smelled of alcohol.
One of the victims showed officers a door that 36-year-old Quinn James Westwood destroyed in part of the house that was cluttered with items that Quinn had thrown everywhere.
Victim 1 stated that they had sustained a cut to their lower leg, which they said happened after Quinn had attacked them.
Victim 2 was seen with multiple scratch wounds on their neck. Victim 2 stated they sustained the scratches after Quinn had pushed them into and broken the television. Victim 2 stated the push came after they attempted to get Quinn to stop attacking Victim 1.
Quinn also pushed Victim 3 during the altercation. Victim 1 later stated that Quinn was taking medications while also drinking vodka, which caused him to be this way.
After speaking with the victims, Quinn was arrested and escorted to a patrol truck. He was ordered to get into the truck but refused, telling officers, "No." Because Quinn was Non-compliant with the officer's lawful orders, they put him into the patrol vehicle.
While attempting to put Quinn into the truck, he straightened his legs in an attempt to delay the arrest and yelled "fuck you" whenever ordered to put his legs in. Quinn ended up headbutting Officer Maughan as he was attempting to push his legs into the truck.
Quinn had a backpack with him, and inside his bag was marijuana and a pipe.
Quinn was transported and booked into the Uintah County Jail.
