Roosevelt, Utah— On March 31st, 2026, Officer Denver met with a woman at the Victims Advocate Office while she was filling out an incident report that occurred the day before.

The officer began to speak with her, and she stated that 32-year-old Anthony Tanner Small told her he was going to "break her fucking neck," and if anyone tried to interfere with him seeing his kids, he would "fucking murder someone."

The female said Anthony ran toward her to scare her. He made a fist, but went to punch his other hand, and he hit the female in the arm when she put her arm up in a defensive motion, not to get hit.

Anthony saw that she was holding her phone and knocked it out of her hand, thinking she was recording him. The female told Officer Denver that she is afraid of what Anthony might do to her or the kids when he gets angry or when he is drinking alcohol.

Officer Denver is charging Anthony with Threat of Violence and Domestic Violence in the presence of a child, along with Assault.
