A Woman Who Stabbed Her Boyfriend In 2023 Gets Arrested Again for Attacking Her Boyfriend

Roosevelt, Utah (6/19/26)—Police in Roosevelt responded to a domestic violence report at the apartments located at 720 S 100 E. A man indicated that his girlfriend was behaving erratically and physically attacking him.
The boyfriend communicated to dispatch that he was unable to escape her because she kept hitting him.
When police arrived, the man opened the door showing signs of injury, including a bloody nose and multiple fresh scratches on his face, some of which were still bleeding. He shared that he and the children were in the back room when 30-year-old Daidre Isabel Arther began to act aggressively.
He recounted being hit several times, scratched on the face, and having two shirts torn from him. An officer later found a ripped shirt in the front room and noted no signs of intoxication from the man, who stated he had not consumed any alcohol that evening.
Officer Bellon spoke with Daidre, who was visibly upset and crying. The officer detected the smell of alcohol on her breath. She claimed she was attempting to get her baby son and arrange for her mother to pick her up. Daidre alleged that her boyfriend prevented her from entering the room where he was, leading to a physical altercation. However, she could not specify who initiated the conflict or provide details about the incident.
The police noticed a small bruise on Daidre's right knuckle, along with wet blood on her right hand. Daidre was not bleeding anywhere else, prompting Officer Bellon to conclude that the blood was likely from the man's nose. She repeatedly stated that she struck and scratched him to defend herself.
Daidre Arther was arrested for domestic violence assault, three counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, and intoxication, as she posed a safety risk to herself and others. While at the hospital, she mentioned feeling suicidal and had a plan to harm herself.
Daidre was then transported to the UBMC for medical evaluation. After receiving medical clearance, she was taken to Duchesne County for booking.
