A Female Slaps Her Husband In The Face During A Heated Argument

Police received a call of a domestic incident that had just occurred in the area of 100 East 600 North. It was reported that 31-year-old Andrya Shaylee Sisneros had slapped her husband in the face when he was dropping off their children.

Officer Maughan arrived at the address and met with the male, who told the officer that he had been dropping the children off when he told Andrya that their oldest child didn't want to come.

The male stated that Andrya became belligerent and yelled at him as he walked away. He said Andrya then slapped him across the face after opening the door to his vehicle.

Officer Maughan spoke to Andrya, who had already told assisting officers that she had indeed slapped her husband in the face. She said they had been arguing, and her husband followed her outside.

Andrya stated they started arguing when she slapped him across the face. Officer Maughan asked if they were married, and Andrya said they were.

It was determined there was enough probable cause to arrest Andrya Sisneros for the following charges:

Assault (DV): this was due to Andrya admitting to slapping the victim in the face with unlawful force.

Andrya was then placed into handcuffs and transported to the Uintah County Jail to be booked on the charges.

 Andrya Shaylee Sisneros may post bail in the amount of $1,080.00.
