by Travis Uresk 6-4-25 | Roosevelt, Ut. | May 23rd, 2025 | Officer Wheeler with the Roosevelt Police Department responded to a call about children who couldn't find their mother. The officer asked the two children where their mother was. One of them identified their mother as 34-year-old Karisa K. Dorcas, but she hadn't returned as soon as she told her children. Officer Wheeler tried to call Karisa, but she didn’t answer. Another officer went to her place of work, but she was
