A female was seen walking and stumbling down US-40 with no shoes by Officer Silcox. The Naples City officer turned around to see if she was ok.

The female was identified as 27-year-old Kali Raylice Cuch. Kali told the officer that she had been dropped off by her boyfriend in Dinosaur, Colorado. She also said that she had gotten a ride from an oilfield worker who dropped her off on the side of the road in Naples.

Officer Silcox asked Kali where she was going, and she stated several times that she didn't know and that she didn't have anywhere to go.

An officer told her he was going to call family to get her a ride home and asked if she had any contacts the officers could call. Kali gave them two different numbers to try.

Kali began to start getting irritable when this was offered and was told several times to stop yelling and being belligerent.

When Kali was asked if she had been drinking, she stated that she was intoxicated.

Once a ride was found for Kali, she became very belligerent toward the female who showed up to give her a ride. When the assisting officer stepped in between the two females to prevent a fight, Kali took a swing at the officer, hitting him in the face and knocking his glasses off.

Kali was immediately grabbed to be placed into handcuffs. Kali continued continued to resist while screaming and yelling.

Kali was eventually placed into handcuffs by a UCSO deputy and Officer Silcox and taken to jail.

On the way to jail, Kali slipped her handcuffs under her legs. She then began to bang on the cage while screaming the entire ride to the jail, all the while making threats toward the officers.

Once inside the jail, after several attempts to get Kali to perform a portable breath test, a reading of .188 BrAC was obtained.

Kali Raylice Cuch may post bail in the amount of $1,000.00.
