The Naples City officer turned around to see if she was ok. The female was identified as 27-year-old Kali Raylice Cuch. Kali told the officer that she had been dropped off by her boyfriend in Dinosaur, Colorado. She also said that she had gotten a ride from an oilfield worker who dropped her off on the side of the road in Naples
