Roosevelt, Utah (6/15/26)—27-year-old Dylan Tanner Laing became involved in a road rage altercation with another motorist. The incident began when the other driver passed Dylan, releasing a cloud of black smoke onto his truck.
After overtaking the other vehicle, Dylan abruptly applied his brakes, then releasing black smoke over the other driver's vehicle.
Officer Denver determined that the other driver pursued Dylan to his home to confront him about the altercation. Dylan retreated indoors, retrieved an AR-15 style rifle, and emerged to aim it at the other driver, reportedly saying, "I will fucking do it bud."
A search warrant was executed at Dylan's residence after he refused to exit and speak with law enforcement. Dylan was taken into custody during the incident and mentioned that he had marijuana stored in a safe with his firearms.
