Beardall sitting in a vehicle parked on the side of 500 N. The deputy was aware that Tara had three active no-bail arrest warrants and had possibly been hiding herself from supervised probation. As Deputy Fairey got closer to Tara, he noticed a male, later identified as Tara's boyfriend, 40-year-old
