By Travis Uresk 3-27-25 | Ballard, Ut. | March 26th, 2025 | Deputy Pratt with the UCSO, DCFS, and Uintah County Sheriff detectives, executed a search warrant in Ballard. During the search, they located meth, drug paraphernalia, and other evidence of illegal drug use. 30-year-old Harley Web Christensen was found inside the home and detained for safety reasons during the search for illegal narcotics. While Deputy Pratt gathered items from his truck, Harley asked to speak with h
