Cannon received information about a tan Chevy Suburban that was involved in a hit-and-run accident, where the vehicle had struck a fence and fled the scene near 1300 West 500 South. Radio traffic indicated the Suburban was last seen turning eastbound on 1500 South from 500 West. Sgt. Cannon located the vehicle traveling eastbound on 1500 South, passing 500 East, and stopped the Suburban at approximately 675 East,
