When Deputy Davis arrived at the residence, a female stated she had seen 63-year-old Charlene Dorothy Dessaints and 20-year-old Haili Jean Swain burning items in a 50-gallon drum. When the female stopped Charlene and Haili, Charlene ran to one of the homes, where a man in a black hat reportedly got into the car, and they fled the scene. D
