Dispatch reported to Uintah County Deputies there was an unknown 9-1-1 call where they could hear two males and a female yelling and arguing in the background.

Deputy Russell and other deputies arrived and separated the three and obtained information that 20-year-old Tyler Louis Flye Davis was also on the property, but he had fled before police arrived.

Tyler was located hiding in the backyard of the residence and placed in handcuffs.

Deputy Russell spoke with Tyler about the incident, and he stated that he had driven to the residence to confront the male involved. Tyler said that he had gotten upset over a conversation where he alleges that the other male stated, "I'm going to be your baby's new daddy."

Tyler Davis was arrested and taken to Uintah County Jail, where he was booked on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of tobacco by a minor.
