Roosevelt Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence of a man who had been selling drugs. The suspect, 41-year-old Dylan Evan Creamer, was inside the residence and arrested.
During the search, several subjects attempted to leave the residence from the back of the house.
43-year-old Jeri Lyn Lunstad was contacted by police and was found to have a no-bail warrant for her arrest. While the officer was speaking with her, he noticed a purse next to her and asked if it was hers. Jeri started quickly grabbing and pulling things out of it.
Officer Harrison asked her to stop several times and grabbed her hand to get her to stop throwing things from her bag. When doing so, he saw a syringe that appeared to contain a testable amount of suspected heroin.
Jeri was placed under arrest for her warrant and possession of a controlled substance. She was cleared at the hospital, transported to the jail, and booked without incident.
29-year-old Kelli Michelle Redcap was caught while trying to leave the residence. When asked to identify herself, Kelli gave the officers a false name for a real person.
Later, Kelli admitted she had a warrant and gave the wrong name to avoid getting arrested for the warrant. She was arrested for the warrant and giving false personal information to police. Kelli was then transported to the Duchesne County Jail and booked without incident.
Dylan was transported to the Roosevelt Police Department and was read his Miranda Rights.
Dylan admitted in the interview to selling fentanyl pills for 10 to 20 dollars a pill. He stated he had about 100 pills but sold some of them.
He described the location of the most significant amount of drugs in his house, in his bedroom and on his bed. A bag was found and confirmed to be in his room. The bag contained methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and heroin, along with paraphernalia.
A 9mm pistol was also located in the residence. Dylan stated that he had traded the gun for some drugs and had had the gun for about a week.
Dylan admitted to dealing drugs for the last four months and that it was getting worse, and he wanted it to stop. He also admitted to selling Fentanyl to several people today. Some were given the pills, and others had to buy them.
Dylan is a convicted felon and a restricted person and has been convicted of two felony drug possessions.
Dylan was cleared at the hospital and transported to jail without incident.
Dylan Evan Creamer may post bail in the amount of $10,000.00.
