The Uintah Basin Narcotics Strike Force Locates Fugitive with 3.7 Grams Of Meth

The Uintah Basin Narcotics Strike Force Agents, Adult Probation and Parole Agents, and the Utah Highway Patrol received information that 42-year-old Jocelyn Shey Cesspooch was currently at a residence in Vernal, Utah.


Jocelyn was listed as a fugitive from Adult Probation and Parole and had an active Board of Pardons and Parole warrant.


Agents knocked on the door of the residence, and the homeowner exited the side door. Agent Mcgaha spoke to the homeowner, who confirmed that Jocelyn was currently inside the home and agreed to have Jocelyn exit the residence.


Jocelyn exited the residence and was secured in handcuffs by Agent Coil with Adult Probation and Parole. Her coat pockets were searched, and nothing was located. As agents were escorting Jocelyn to the patrol vehicle, she informed them that she had methamphetamine and marijuana in her bra.

She was transported to the Uintah County Jail, where a female deputy retrieved two clear baggies wrapped in cellophane. Inside one of the clear baggies were 3.7 grams of a white crystal-like substance suspected to be methamphetamine, and in the second baggie were 3.9 grams of a green leafy substance suspected to be marijuana.


Jocelyn Cesspooch was booked into the Uintah County Jail on three outstanding warrants, one count of possession of a controlled substance I/II/Analog, which was enhanced to a third-degree felony due to prior convictions, one count of possession of a controlled substance/ marijuana a Class B Misdemeanor and one count of use or possession of drug paraphernalia a Class B Misdemeanor.


The court orders that Jocelyn Shey Cesspooch is to be held without bail.
