At 7:00 pm, Duchesne County Deputies were dispatched to a family fight in Talmage, Ut.

When Deputy Davis arrived, he was met by 34-year-old Bryan Le Roy Ventura, who had blood dripping off his right hand. Bryan stated he had punched a mirror in anger due to an argument with his wife.

His wife (victim) stated when their son, a 1-year-old, fell off the bed and started crying, Bryan lost his temper. He grabbed the baby and told the victim never to touch the baby again.

Bryan ordered the victim to go to the camper outside of the shed. He left the baby in the shed, went into the camper, began yelling at the victim, and punched the glass mirror, cutting his knuckles.

Bryan left the camper and then shortly returned, yelling at the victim’s two sons. He then ordered the victim to find some bandages for the wounds on his hand.

The victim went to the shed and found her 1-year-old son wanting to be held. Bryan walked in, yelling to put the baby down, and the victim told him no.

Bryan grabbed the victim by the throat with his left hand, and with his right hand placed on her left shoulder, Bryan pushed her into the wall. The victim stated that he decided that the last time he grabbed her throat, it left bruising, so he let go.

The victim stated Bryan used a towel to hit her older son. While Bryan was inside the camper cleaning up the broken glass, he walked past one of the older sons and pushed him with his forearm, making him fall onto a plastic toy and leaving red marks on the boy's arm.

There were holes in the bedroom doors, bedroom walls, and kitchen walls, all from Bryan punching them in the past. Bryan has a history of domestic violence, with the most recent in April of 2024.
