Roosevelt, Ut.- On February 13th, 2024, at around 9:45 pm, officers were dispatched to a report of a family fight on Hillcrest Drive.

When officers arrived, five adults were identified and separated. Through the course of the investigation, it was found that 44-year-old Charlotte Marie Doesburg began to yell at her daughter Haley Fugal for taking a call from her biological father, which started a verbal argument between the two.

The argument evolved into a pushing match down the hallway when Charlotte's son, Nathaniel Doesburg, tried to intervene by separating the two females from each other; Charlotte balled up her fist to strike Nathaniel in the face and head, where he received injuries to the area of his eyes.

Charlotte continued to hit Nathaniel, causing a swollen eye and marks on his face. It was admitted by all persons they had been consuming alcohol.

Charlotte was taken into custody and charged with two counts of simple assault and one count of intoxication. She was then taken to the UBMC for medical clearance and then to the Duchesne County Jail.
