Deputy Young was dispatched to Walmart on a report of a Native American man chasing after cars in the parking lot, flipping off pedestrians, and screaming at the customers inside the store.

When the deputy arrived at the Walmart parking lot, a witness began telling him that a male who looked dirty, with long black hair and a plaid shirt, had gone into the store, flipping off customers while screaming.

A male matching that description exited the store and stumbled along the front of the store.

Deputy Young stopped the man, who identified himself as "Mel," after he kicked the side of the Coca-Cola trailer in front of the store.

26-year-old Melicio Ledbeter Cesspooch stated he was yelling because he was mad at the world, and he wasn't yelling at anyone in particular.

Using his date of birth, dispatch was able to locate an active state-wide warrant for Melicio.

While conducting a search incident to arrest, the deputy found a bottle of whiskey in Melicio’s pocket. He agreed to a portable breath test, which showed a positive result for alcohol .218 BrAC.

At the jail, Cpl. Randall was conducting a DUI investigation near the Breathalyzer, and Melicio began yelling at the suspect from Cpl. Randall's investigation. He told him on several occasions to lie to the Corporal.

Melicio was booked into the Uintah County Jail on the charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, interfering with an arresting officer, and a state-wide warrant.

Melicio Ledbeter Cesspooch may post bail in the amount of $920.00.
