On 4/29/2025, Police were dispatched to a criminal trespass at a Uintah County residence.

Uintah County Deputies arrived at the residence, where a witness told Deputy Young they were inside the home and heard 35-year-old Brandon Oneal Oxendine screaming at the door for one of the residents who had been staying with Brandon in a camper at the rear of the property.

The property owner and her family had told Brandon not to enter their residence.

Brandon opened the door yelling, and the property owner told him to leave, but Brandon walked past her. She yelled at Brandon not to touch her, and several members of the family came running into the room near the front door to help her. Brandon exited the home, went to a truck, and began to leave.

A witness told him to leave the property, and Brandon yelled at him, "I will break your jaw, watch out, I will be around," before he drove away.

An attempt to locate was put out for the vehicle Brandon had left in, a white late 90s four-door Ford F-150 with no license plate. Brandon was described as a Native American male with facial tattoos, including diamond clown tattoos over his eyes, and had a hairstyle of cornrows or pigtails.

On 4/30/2025, Deputy Fairey conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford F150 at 1000 West 1500 South.

Deputies had been looking for the vehicle and driver related to a trespassing incident. The vehicle was observed displaying an out-of-state license plate that the deputy knew did not belong to the vehicle.

During the investigation of the traffic stop, a female passenger was identified as 49-year-old Cindy Michelle Nash.

Deputy Fairey requested a K9 to conduct a free air sniff around the vehicle, and the K9 showed a positive indication of the presence of narcotics.

Before having Cindy exit the truck, Deputy Fairey asked her if there were any illegal items that may be in the vehicle. Cindy stated she had a syringe that she put in a box in the rear seat.

A search of the vehicle was conducted, and the box and syringe were located. Upon closer inspection, the syringe had a brown residue inside.

Cindy told the deputy she had the syringe hidden in her bra and then placed it in the box while seated in the truck during the traffic stop. Deputy Fairey asked Cindy about the brown residue, and she declined to say what the substance was and invoked her right to remain silent.

A presumptive test was conducted on the brown residue at the sheriff's office. It was determined that the brown residue was heroin

Brandon was booked into the Uintah County Jail on separate charges for an unrelated incident and may post bail in the amount of $2,500.00.

Cindy Nash was booked into the Uintah County Jail and released.
