Officer Maughan received a report of an intoxicated female. When the officer arrived, 49-year-old Raydean Deets said she didn’t want to talk to the officer.
Raydean tried to slam two doors in the officer's face that he had to block from hitting him.
Raydean attempted to run from the officer, so he put her in handcuffs. While placing her into handcuffs, Raydean continuously flexed her arms and attempted to pull her arms to her chest to make it difficult to handcuff her.
Raydean had a bloody lip, and when asked how it happened, she said she had bitten her lip but then changed her story to say she couldn't remember how she had hurt her lip.
Officer Maughan found that Raydean had been court-ordered not to consume any alcohol.
20-year-old Rylee Ann Deets admitted to Officer Maughan to consuming alcohol, and it was also found that she had also been ordered by the court not to consume alcohol.
Raydean was arrested and submitted to a breath test at the jail, which resulted in a BrAC of .320. She also had to be transported to the hospital to receive stitches for the cut on her lip.
