Man Drinks A Half A Gallon Of Vodka, After Being Arrested He Kicks The Officer In The Stomach

Vernal, Ut.- On 4/24/23, Officer O’Donnal was dispatched to a domestic disturbance, where the complainant said her husband was drunk and was starting to become physical toward her.

When the Officer arrived, he saw a male subject, identified as 36-year-old Alvin Wayne Mcintire consuming alcohol. Officer O'Donnal had Alvin step outside the house and briefly spoke with him. During their conversation, Alvin could not stand still nor hold himself up and almost fell several times.

During the conversation with the victim, who stated, Alvin had drank half a gallon of vodka when he got off work today and became very aggressive. The victim also stated she went to her room to get ready for work, and Alvin followed behind her.

The victim said she shut the door on him, and he punched the door and opened it, damaging the door. The victim said Alvin poked her in the chest, saying he was sick of her. She became frightened of what he would do next.

Officer O'Donnal attempted to speak with Alvin about the incident, and all he would say was to ask the victim.

Alvin was arrested and taken to the hospital for medical clearance. He blew a BrAC .370 on a portable breath test.

After the medical clearance, Alvin sat in the secured portion of the patrol vehicle, turned his body toward the Officer, and then kicked him in the stomach.
