Female receives medical treatment after sibling throws her to the ground, punching her in the face.

Lapoint, UT (4/26/26)—Deputy Young was dispatched to a family fight where the complainant (a sibling) of the two individuals who were involved in a physical fight that had taken place outside of the trailer they were staying in.

She reported that her brother had called and said that her sister needed to be picked up since she had attacked him. The two siblings involved were a female victim and the offender, later identified as 40-year-old William Jeff Allison.

The deputy met with the victim, who had driven herself to the Lapoint store, who was being evaluated by EMTs inside the ambulance.

The female had a small laceration on the right side of her lip, which was still bleeding. She had redness on both sides of her face consistent with being struck. She had additional fresh cuts on her hands. She told Deputy Young that William had called her to come clean up the trailer that they were staying in.

When she arrived at the trailer, William immediately started yelling and calling her explicit names. The female stated she told him she was tired of being abused by him, and he pushed her to the ground. William then sat on her and began hitting her in the face several times with a closed fist, causing her lip to be cut open. The female left with her sister to go to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.

Deputy Young then spoke with William, who confirmed he had no injuries and that the deputy had not seen any.

The deputy placed William under arrest for Assault, with a Domestic Violence enhancement due to the victim being his sibling, related by blood. After being advised of the Miranda warning, William stated that he pushed the victim after she pushed him, and then denied punching her.

Deputy Young could smell the strong odor of alcohol every time William spoke, and he stated that he had drunk about six alcoholic beverages, and agreed to a portable breath test, which showed a positive result for alcohol, 0.13 BrAC.

William was transported to the Uintah County Jail, where he was booked on the charges of Domestic Violence Assault and Intoxication.
