A male called dispatch, stating he wanted his fiancé removed from his home. Officers arrived and spoke with the male, who identified himself as 62-year-old Randy Allen Lee.

Randy had minor injuries on his hands, showing a small amount of blood. He stated it was from breaking a window in order to get into his house because his fiancé had locked him out.

Officer Escobedo spoke with the female Victim, who had small injuries to her face that showed a small of blood, as well as slight bruising to her left knee. The Victim had stated that Randy hit her open-handed twice in the face.

The Victim stated a ring Randy was wearing had broken her skin, and he kicked her in the knee while wearing steel-toed boots. She also said Randy threatened to harm her and her child.

While Officer Escobedo spoke with Randy, the smell of alcohol was coming from Randy. The officer asked Randy if he would complete a PBT, and he agreed. The test resulted in a .201 BrAC.

Officer Escobedo informed Randy that he was under arrest for assault and was placed in handcuffs. As Randy was being taken to a patrol vehicle, he began shouting, "Another lie!" "Rot in hell," and “lying bitch" at the Victim.

Randy was told to stop yelling at the Victim, but he continued his behavior and was taken to jail.
