Female Found Lying On The Cement By The Back Door Of A Gas Station

A call came into dispatch saying a person was barefoot in the Maverick gas station at 1740 West US-40. The person was described as a female in sweatpants, a shirt, blonde hair, and no shoes.
The female subject was lying by the back entrance and was believed to be under the influence of something.
Sgt. Watt and Officer Elmer arrived on scene to find Deputy Russell speaking with the female on the West side of the parking lot.
The female was identified as 45-year-old Cheridan Horrocks.
Cheridan was unable to stay still while talking with Deputy Russell and made sudden movements, such as swaying side to side and swinging her arm.
Deputy Russell informed Officer Elmer that Cheridan admitted to snorting a white crystal-like substance the day before. Officer Elmer asked Cheridan when she last used the substance, and she first said around 3:00 in the morning and then changed to 3:00 pm the day before.
The officers were informed that Cheridan was dancing in the parking lot of the Maverick gas station just before their arrival.
Cheridan was also asked if she could tell the officers where she was trying to go, but she couldn't give an exact address or tell them what day it was. She was also found without shoes or socks lying on the cement sidewalk by the back door to the gas station in around 60-degree weather.
Cheridan was placed under arrest and handcuffed behind her back, and transported to the Uintah County Jail.
While en route to the jail, Cheridan stated she could see people fighting in the parking lot when no one was around.
