| Myton, Ut. | November 5th, 2024 |

On November 5th, Cpl. Cox was dispatched to Myton, Ut, on the report of drug activity by a family member of 27-year-old Sadeena Cotton Perank Warren who has been staying in a trailer on the property, using drugs, talking nonsense.

Sadeena was told not to come around when she was using drugs, and the family member told her she didn't want her on the property anymore, but Sadeena returned and was in the trailer.

When Cpl. Cox arrived at the scene. He spoke with the complainant, who told him lately that Sadeena had been using drugs to the point she needed serious treatment. The family attempted to get her treatment, but Sadeena wouldn't stay with any programs.

The complainant stated she is concerned for her grandchildren, who are around when Sadeena is there high on drugs. The complainant stated Sadeena is staying in the trailer house with her sister and doesn't pay rent to stay there. The complainant told Deputy Cox that Sadeena broke into the trailer through her sister's bedroom window.

Cpl. Cox then went over to the trailer to speak with Sadeena. When she opened the door, he noticed that her eyes were very red and sunken in, her pupils were constricted, and she appeared in overall bad shape. While talking with Sadeena, she would talk about things that didn't make sense and how she was fasting.

Sadeena's sister then arrived and was mad about her breaking into her room by popping out her window, breaking her padlock, and her door.

Cpl. Cox followed the female to her room and saw that the window was no longer in the frame and on the floor. One of the doors had a broken frame, and the other door was padlocked to prevent entry. Sadeena broke through the door by ripping the padlock bracket off the door. The sister wasn't sure if anything was missing.

Cpl. Cox asked the female why Sadeena would break into her room, and she stated, "Sadeena gets so high that she thinks she is helping me get out somehow.”

Sadeena was placed under arrest for criminal mischief, and after arresting her, she was asked if she needed medical treatment for using fentanyl or opiates. Sadeena said she took a little blue pill (fentanyl).

Cpl. Cox asked Sadeena why she broke through her sister’s window and the doors, and she stated that her sister and a male went out the window, so she thought she was helping them.

While en route to the hospital, Sadeena would begin to laugh manically. Sadeena took a urine analysis test. The test showed positive for fentanyl, methamphetamine, amphetamines, and THC. Sadeena said that she used those drugs, including meth and fentanyl, the night before.

Sadeena is charged with criminal mischief with a domestic violence enhancement as she is living with the victim, who is also a blood relative, and two counts of use of a controlled substance I/II for illegal use of meth and fentanyl in Duchesne County. Sadeena also has prior drug convictions within the last 7 years, including felony drug convictions. Her current offenses are felonies.
