Female arrested in Bluebell after AP&P searched her home.

Bluebell, Utah (4/13/26)—Det. Sgt. Nichols was notified by AP&P agents that they had conducted a compliance check on a probationer, 36-Heather June Marron, at her residence in Bluebell.
Agent Draper observed in Heather's bedroom, in plain view, a glass pipe with a burnt residue in it visible inside her purse. Agents notified deputies of the drug paraphernalia, which was sufficient evidence to obtain a search warrant for the rest of the residence. Several deputies, including Det. Sgt. Nichols executed the warrant and found significant items of contraband.
A narcotics K-9 was deployed in the residence and indicated in multiple areas of Heather's bedroom. The detective searched an area nearest to a nightstand where he found a glass case that contained a multicolored glass pipe with a strong odor of burnt marijuana and an open package of rolling papers.
Next to the glasses case was a box slightly larger than it. Inside was a double-sided dagger in a leather sheath. In the bedroom's closet were two quart-sized baggies containing a significant amount of marijuana.
A multicolored tribal bag with a zipper on it was also found in the bedroom, which contained a white powdery substance consistent with cocaine or heroin. Another small plastic baggie was found, containing a brown, plant-like substance that was also familiar as a variant of shrooms. Additional contraband was also found.
Heather denied the tribal bag was hers, claiming she had never seen it before, even though it was found in her bedroom. She denied that the bag of mushrooms was shrooms and claimed it was herbal tea given to her by a friend. The last time Heather was arrested, she had shrooms in her possession, which caused police to believe the substance was more likely shrooms than an herbal tea.
Upon running Heather's information, she was a convicted felon and is on probation for a felony, which makes her a category I felon and prohibits her from possessing the earlier-mentioned dagger.
Heather was handcuffed and escorted to a patrol vehicle, then transported to the Duchesne County Jail.
