Female arrested after Parole Agents find drug paraphernalia in her bedroom

Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) Agents located drug paraphernalia in a probationer's bedroom during a routine home visit.

A Uintah Basin Narcotics Agent was told the probationer was identified as 31-year-old Tara Beardall, and AP&P had taken her into custody.

Agent Randall arrived on the scene, and AP&P Agent Ercanbrack updated him on the situation.

The agents went to the first room in the hallway, where they observed a small white plastic tube and aluminum foil on a TV stand. The plastic tube is commonly referred to as a tooter.

Agent Randall spoke with Tara and asked her what was in the room. She stated she had a tooter in there. Tara was asked what the tooter was used for, and she said it was used to smoke "blues." Blues refers to blue M30 Fentanyl pills.

Agent Randall then spoke with the property owner, who permitted the agent to search the property. A search warrant for Tara's room was applied for and granted.

Upon executing the search warrant, the agents gathered evidence of a white tooter on the TV stand, two pieces of aluminum foil next to the tooter, and aluminum foil on the bed's headboard. One piece of aluminum foil found on the TV stand, along with the aluminum foil on the headboard, had a burnt residue.

Tara Beardall was booked into the Uintah County Jail on, one count of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tara T Beardall may post bail in the amount of $690.00.
