| Maeser, Ut. | October 9th, 2024 |

Deputy O'Donnal was dispatched to a wanted person detail in the Maeser area. The complainant called dispatch, reporting that his girlfriend, 20-year-old Kaelyn Ray Hone, had a warrant out for her arrest.

The deputy called the complainant and asked what happened, and the complainant stated Kaelyn had hit him in the face, but didn’t want to report a domestic dispute but requested the police remove Kaelyn from the home on the warrants.

Deputy O'Donnal arrived at the residence, where the complainant told him Kaelyn was 20 years old and probably under the influence of alcohol. The complainant advised he was punched in the face early this morning by Kaelyn while he was sleeping. The complainant also said he was hit again earlier in the afternoon by Kaelyn.

The deputy was pointed in the direction of a bedroom by the complainant and found Kaelyn sleeping and had to be woken up. She denied hitting the complainant and denied consuming any alcohol.

Kaelyn consented to a portable breathalyzer, and the results showed BrAC .318.

Kaelyn Hone was arrested and transported to the Uintah County Jail for:

Unlawful consumption - by Minor for having consumed an alcoholic beverage while under the age of 21, a Class B Misdemeanor.

Intoxication - for having been under the influence of alcohol to the degree that the person may endanger themselves or another person, a Class C Misdemeanor.

Disorderly Conduct - for engaging in fighting or in violent, tumultuous, or threatening behavior, an Infraction.

Based on the affirmation of Deputy O'Donnal, the undersigned magistrate finds that probable cause existed for the arrest without a warrant of Kaelyn Ray Hone. Kaelyn Ray Hone may post bail in the amount of $980.00.
