black smoke and no tail lights get a driver pulled over and then arrested for DUI and Cocaine

An officer with the Naples City Police Department was patrolling on Main Street when he saw a dark smoke cloud coming from a vehicle with no tail lights in front of him at 500 E and Main St.
Officer McGaha's radar picked up the vehicle's speed of 45 mph in a 30 mph speed zone. Due to it being dark and the lack of tail lights, the officer stopped the vehicle at 100 E Main St.
The driver advised the officer that he had multiple firearms inside the vehicle near the driver's seat and gave the officer his Texas driver's license, which identified him as 32-year-old Tyler Blanchard.
Tyler was asked if he had been drinking tonight and said he had a few.
After performing the SFSTs, Tyler was placed under arrest and searched, then placed in the back of Officer McGaha’s patrol vehicle.
Tyler asked for his wallet, and the officer retrieved it and his phone. While obtaining his phone, the officer located the firearms and a cut baggie with a white powder inside consistent with cocaine.
Officer McGaha asked Tyler about the white powder, and he admitted to it being cocaine, and that should be all of it. He said he used cocaine two hours prior to the stop.
During the search of the vehicle, the officer found the following:
Two one-dollar bills with cocaine inside
twenty-dollar bill also with cocaine inside
Three baggies with cocaine residue and cocaine powder inside
The firearms were located in:
The driver door
Next to the driver seat, clipped to the center console
Tucked between the center console and driver seat
Two of the handguns were loaded:
A 9mm had a round in the chamber and a magazine inserted with more ammunition inside.
The .22 revolver had ammunition in the cylinder.
Two rifles were also located in the back seat and taken into secure custody.
There were also multiple open alcohol containers inside the vehicles as well.
Tyler Blanchard was booked into the UCSO Jail, and may post bail in the amount of $2,000.00.
