An Intoxicated Male Shows Up at a Relative's Home and Exposes Himself

| Roosevelt, Ut. | September 20th, 2024 |


Roosevelt Police responded to a residence in Roosevelt for a family fight. The complainant stated that 31-year-old Alvin Ivy England came to the house intoxicated, and he had previously been asked not to come over when he is in that condition.


The female stated they asked Alvin to leave but that he wouldn't. Alvin then began hugging and kissing her wife, attempting to taunt the complainant. She said that he then commented, "Don't be surprised if you find a pube in your wife's hair."


The complainant stated Alvin then proceeded to pull his penis out in front of them, and when she saw it, the complainant began to hit Alvin and pushed him away to get him to stop.


The complainant stated that they started to wrestle around on the ground.


When Officer Adams arrived, he found Alvin sitting in a truck in the driveway of the neighbor's house. The officer told Alvin to get out of the vehicle, and he refused. The officer stated he was giving him a direct order to get out of the truck, and Alvin exited the vehicle.


Officer Adams informed Alvin he was being detained for the time being while he conducted the investigation and placed him in handcuffs. As Alvin went to sit down, he almost fell over, so Officer Bellon and Officer Adams had to catch him.


Alvin continuously asked what he was being arrested for and continuously repeated himself.


As Alvin spoke, Officer Adams could smell the strong odor of alcohol emitting from his breath.


Alvin was arrested for Disorderly conduct after being asked to cease, Lewdness due to showing his penis to the victims, trespassing with intent to annoy, and intoxication.
