A vehicle is seen driving on the wrong side of the road. Driver arrested again for being high on air duster.

Vernal, Utah (5/10/26)— Deputy Russell was out on patrol in the area of 2000 N and 3250 W when a vehicle was driving on the wrong side of the road and hitting his brakes.
As the deputy got closer, the vehicle returned to the proper lane and continued for a short distance before applying the brakes and coming to a stop in the oncoming lane at approximately a 45-degree angle to the road.
Deputy Russell activated his emergency lights and pulled the vehicle over, but when he approached, the driver drove off. The deputy ran back to his patrol vehicle, turned on his siren, and began to chase the vehicle. As he followed the vehicle, the deputy saw the driver's arm move from the driver's side to the passenger side.
The deputy could see an object in the driver's hand that looked like the bottom of a can. The vehicle then traveled into the oncoming lane again as it rounded the corner and remained partially in the oncoming lane. The vehicle came to a stop at 3330 W 2500 N.
The deputy approached the vehicle and saw a male in the driver's seat, whom he recognized as 30-year-old Jaydyn F. Bartlett from previous interactions.
Deputy Russell knocked on the driver’s side window and observed Jadyn turn towards the window and begin to open the door. The deputy stated that “Jadyn appeared to be staring through me and off into the distance.”
The vehicle was still in drive, and Jadyn had his foot on the brake. The deputy placed the truck in park, shut it off, and asked Jadyn to exit. While Deputy Russell spoke with Jadyn, he noticed that his pupils were heavily constricted and still appeared disoriented.
Jadyn was detained for suspected DUI and was asked if he would submit to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Jadyn stated that he would do the tests.
After consulting with a prior Drug Recognition Expert Instructor, he confirmed that Inhalants are a short-lived high that causes people to lose consciousness for a brief time and causes the inability to operate a motor vehicle safely. Jadyn's actions and driving pattern were consistent with the effects of Inhalants.
Jadyn was placed under arrest for DUI and placed in the back of the patrol vehicle.
Deputy Russell began an inventory of the vehicle to be towed. During which two cans of air duster were located, one that was almost empty in the backseat behind the center seat, and an additional can that was located in the passenger side floorboard that was cold to the touch and left condensation on the deputy’s gloves, indicating that it had recently been sprayed for an extended amount of time.
While reading Jadyn the DUI admonitions at the jail, his pupils had returned to a normal size, and he no longer appeared to be impaired.
This has been a recurring issue over the last two weeks, with four different encounters with Jadyn for his driving and behavior. Jadyn had been released from his previous offense for the same issue less than 24 hours ago.
