A man pulls into a parking lot, gets out, dances with a beer in his hand, gets back in, and drives away.

Naples, Utah (4/9/26)—Officer Silcox was out on patrol when a Chevy pickup pulled into the parking lot of the Naples 7-Eleven, and watched the driver get out and begin walking backward as if he was "moonwalking" with his arm in the air holding a beer can.
The man got back in his truck and drove out of the parking lot, heading North on 1500 East.
Officer Silcox made a traffic stop on the vehicle. When he approached the driver's side window, he detected a strong odor of alcohol emitting from 20-year-old Wyatt Harker Allen's person and the vehicle.
The officer asked Wyatt to step out of the vehicle, then asked him if he would complete the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, which he agreed to do.
It was found while checking Wyatt's driver's license through dispatch that he was an alcohol restricted driver, and "revoked other" was his driver's license status. During a vehicle inventory of the vehicle, there were multiple open Michelob Ultra beer cans found, along with an open bottle of vodka.
Wyatt was transported to the Uintah County jail, where he provided a breath test, and the results showed a 0.143 BraC.
Wyatt was booked on the following charges:
Driving under the influence, 1st offense in 10 years. It should be known that Wyatt has a pending DUI, open container in vehicle on highway, driving on suspended/revoked driver's license, alcohol restricted driver, and unlawful purchase, possession, and consumption by a minor.
