The Uintah County Sheriff's Office was informed of a fight in progress near 8000 West Red Cloud Loop.
The complainant (victim 2) reported that 21-year-old Olivia Sage Littlefield was having a "manic episode," yelling, screaming, and biting her husband. Victim 2 also reported that Victim 1 was trying to restrain Olivia to stop her from hurting both victims.
When Deputy Lyman arrived, Olivia was being held down on the couch. Victim 1 was straddling her waist, and Victim 2 was holding Olivia's hands across her chest.
Because Olivia was still being manic, she was placed in restraints and escorted to Deputy Lyman's patrol vehicle.
The deputy asked Olivia what had occurred, and she stated that it was really loud. She then continued to talk, but she was unable to be understood. Olivia later said she couldn’t remember what happened after the argument.
Deputy Lyman asked Olivia how much she had to drink, and she stated that she had drunk some hard liquor but would not provide any amounts. He then requested Olivia submit to a portable breath test, and she agreed, providing a PBT sample of .324, which is an extremely high level of alcohol in her system.

Olivia was then transported to the hospital for medical evaluation, while Deputy Jones remained on the scene with victims 1 and 2.
While on scene, Victim 1 and Victim 2 stated that they were afraid of Olivia. During this time, Victim 1 and Victim 2 altered their story, stating that Olivia had not bitten them and they did not want her to get in trouble.
While at the hospital, Olivia asked why they (victim 1 and victim 2) called the police, and she said she believed they called the police because she was biting them and trying to hit them with her head.
Olivia was transported and booked into the Uintah County Jail for assault-domestic violence, assault, and intoxication.
Based on the affirmation of Deputy Lyman, the arresting officer, the undersigned magistrate finds that probable cause existed for the arrest without a warrant of Olivia Sage Littlefield. Olivia Sage Littlefield may post bail in the amount of $2,420.00.
