A female was given Narcan after a traffic accident on SR-35.

4/22/26—At around 10 pm, police responded to a traffic accident on SR-35 at mile marker 42. The witnesses on scene stated that a female was slumped over the steering wheel, unconscious.
The first EMT on scene stated that she had to physically shake the female to wake her up.
When the UHP Trooper arrived on the scene, the female, who was later identified as 23-year-old Harlee Ann Humphrey, was sitting in the ambulance. The trooper tried to speak with her, but she was unable to maintain a conversation and was losing consciousness.
First responders were concerned that Harlee was having an overdose from her going in and out of consciousness, and was given Narcan twice.
Duchesne County Deputies assisted with the state tax impound of Harlee's vehicle, and while doing an inventory of the vehicle, police found a small box-like container in the center console area with the symbol of marijuana.
The box contains cannabis-infused sublingual tablets. Deputy Green was assisting with the inventory and located a firearm in the back seat on the passenger side. The pistol was a Luger .22, and the container with the marijuana symbol, and other suspected drug paraphernalia were seized from the vehicle.
Harlee was later transported to the Uintah Basin Medical Center. There at the hospital, Trooper Lewis informed Harlee that he was placing her under arrest for driving under the influence of a controlled substance due to the totality of the circumstances.
Harlee admitted that she had taken Gabapentin, and that she had gotten it from someone, and suspected it contained something else. While the trooper was in the hospital room, the doctor came in and stated they had received Harlee's UA results, and they returned that she tested positive for meth.
After receiving a medical clearance, Harlee was transported to the Duchesne County Jail.
Harlee Humphrey was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and category 2 possession of a firearm by a restricted person.
