Vernal, Ut.- On 6/15/23, Uintah County Deputies were dispatched to the Comfort Inn at 2500 West 1500 South for a suspicious person who wasn't staying at the motel using their private bathroom for a long time.
Deputy Jones and Deputy Russell arrived at the motel and found two subjects, one being 25-year-old Hailey Dove Goddard. The other suspect is unknown.
During the investigation, it was found that Hailey had two outstanding misdemeanor warrants from the Vernal 8th District Court.
Hailey was in possession of several tooter straws used to smoke illegal narcotics and some tin foil. Hailey stated that she had smoked heroin and about 12 fentanyl pills earlier on this day and had used some of the residues from the drug paraphernalia to re-smoke it.
Hailey Goddard was transported to the Uintah County Jail, where she was booked on two warrants, possession of illegal narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.
