Roosevelt City Police responded to a welfare check at 415 South Main St and met with the complainant, who stated that a female was in the tanning bed and wasn't coming out.
42-year-old Sarah Jane Duncan was past her time using the tanning bed. The complainant knocked on the door multiple times but couldn't get Sarah to open the door or respond.
Officer Wheeler arrived at the business to see Sarah standing and speaking with the complainant. The officer learned that Sarah had an active no-bail warrant and was placed under arrest and taken to the Roosevelt Police Department.
Once at the Police Department, Sarah's property was searched, and a testable amount of methamphetamine and a tooter were found in her makeup bag.
Sarah Duncan was booked into the Duchesne County Jail for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and the no bail warrant.
