A detective with DCSO assisted with a probation check on 36-year-old Alexis Cathryn Davis’ residence in Duchesne, Utah.
The detective also received a DCFS report involving Alexis of allegations of driving while drunk and high with her children in the vehicle and physical child abuse.
As law enforcement spoke with Alexis, she admitted that she would test positive for illegal drugs, and she last used at her place of employment on May 18th, 2025, in the parking lot before driving home.
Alexis provided law enforcement with a pipe containing meth. Inside the residence were drug paraphernalia and several cans of alcohol, including a partial bottle of Crown Royal whiskey.
When Alexis was tested, she returned a positive test for methamphetamines, MDMA (Ecstasy), and alcohol.
Alexis was taken into custody and transported to the Duchesne County Jail without incident.
Further investigations into the allegations in the DCFS CANR report are ongoing. Alexis also has a 72-hour hold with AP&P.
