The Duchesne County Sheriff's Office was notified that 36-year-old Barbara Jo Bracken and 44-year-old Cliffton David Riker had stolen property.
A search warrant was issued and served on the property in Roosevelt, Utah, at the Bracken home. Another search warrant was issued for drug paraphernalia that had been seen in plain view inside the home.
During the investigation, Barbra walked through the property, showing Detectives and Deputies all the stolen items located inside and outside of the home.
Barbra admitted that a stolen generator, which was inside Riker’s camp trailer, was located on the property.
Barbara was also in possession of a stolen vehicle, a 1991 Toyota truck, and a flatbed trailer.
Barbara claimed that she had permission from a male subject to take the stolen items.
Barbara Jo Bracken is being held without bail.
Cliffton David Riker was later released.
