(Uintah County)—On 3/1/2026, Deputy Hammack was sent to a domestic incident where the caller reported that Robin had headbutted their cousin.

When the deputy arrived, he met the caller outside the residence, who informed him that they had video of the incident. Deputy Hammack watched the video that showed a verbal argument between the Victim and 62-year-old Robin Michelle Moran as they were sitting on the couch.

The verbal argument began to escalate as the two stood up and got face-to-face, at which point, Robin headbutted the Victim in the face.

The deputy took Robin aside to interview her and asked her to tell him her side of the story. She explained they were arguing about how she believed the Victim was treating her child poorly, and lost her temper, and headbutted the Victim.

Along with the caller witnessing the assault, there were also two young children present who may have seen or heard the incident.

Deputy Hammack then spoke with the Victim, who stated they were arguing because Robin didn’t like the way the Victim was with her child. Robin got into her face and headbutted her. While the deputy spoke with the Victim, he noticed swelling and bruising on the bridge of her nose, with bruising under her eyes.

Robin was placed under arrest and taken to the Uintah County Jail.
