Randall received a call about a driver in a black car that collided with the building and the metal post at the Wendy’s parking lot at 1120 West US-40. While the officer was en route, a second call came in, reporting a black car with the same license plate was in the Arby's parking lot and hit the curb. Police arrived at Arby’s and detected the order of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Cpl. Randall asked the drive
