By Travis Uresk 3/2/25 | Uintah County | March 1st, 2025 | 9-1-1 received a domestic disturbance call involving 39-year-old Steven Scott Webb. It was reported that Steven was yelling and assaulting his spouse. Officers made contact with both parties, and the victim stated she and Steven got into an argument that escalated, and he threw a vape device that hit the victim in the stomach. The victim stated that Steven then grabbed a firearm in the bedroom and was unsure if he poi
